    Process FAQs

What is a demand letter and do I need one to start?

A demand letter is the formal document specifying your job requirements, number of workers, salary, and contract terms. It is required by embassies and labor authorities in every destination country. If you do not have a template, we provide one. You can start the conversation with us before your demand letter is finalized — we can help you structure the requirements correctly.

How long does the entire process take from start to finish?

For most trades in EU countries (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Austria), the process takes 4–8 weeks. For countries with slightly more complex permit processes (Ireland, Canada), plan 8–14 weeks. Nurse recruitment takes longer (8–16 weeks) due to language requirements and professional registration processes. We provide a precise timeline estimate at the start of every engagement.

Can you handle large batch orders (50+ workers)?

Yes. We have mobilized cohorts of 50–500 workers for infrastructure, construction, and manufacturing clients. Large orders are deployed in phased batches of 15–30 workers to allow for structured onboarding. For large projects, we assign a dedicated project coordinator who manages sourcing, documentation, and deployment tracking for your entire batch.

    What is your replacement guarantee?

Every placement includes a 90-day free replacement guarantee. If a placed worker does not meet the agreed performance standards within 90 days of deployment, we source and deploy a replacement at no additional recruitment fee. Our 93% average retention rate means this guarantee is rarely triggered, but it provides complete peace of mind.

Are you government licensed and ISO certified?

Yes. Taj HR Services holds Government of India Emigration Clearance (Registration No. B-3252/DEL/PER/1000+) and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Both certifications are displayed on our About page. Government licensing is legally required to recruit workers from India for overseas employment — always verify the license of any Indian recruitment agency you engage.

What happens after workers arrive — do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. We conduct structured 30/60/90-day check-in calls with both the employer and the worker. Our account managers are available to resolve any workplace integration issues, documentation renewals, or visa extension queries throughout the contract period. We consider long-term employer retention (not just initial placement) to be the measure of our success.
