    Recruitment Process

    Submit application with valid C/CE driving licence (digital tachograph card copy), ADR certificate if applicable, and 3-year employment history

    Licence verification and driving record check by Polish transport employer; CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) validity confirmed

    Video interview with logistics employer (fleet manager or dispatcher); Umowa o pracę (employment contract) issued with PTS (Polish Transport Society) rate-compliant wages

    Zezwolenie na pracę (Type A work permit) application filed by employer with regional Starosta or Voivode — 3–5 weeks processing for non-EU nationals

    Polish national visa (Category D) issued at Polish consulate in home country; valid to present for PESEL registration

    Arrival in Poland: PESEL number at gmina (local authority), ZUS (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych) social insurance auto-enrolled by employer, bank account at PKO BP or ING, fleet induction and tachograph card activation
